Here is a written instruction (for your mental map) how to find the office:
Exit subway U6/U9 at station "Leopoldplatz" and move on Luxemburger Strasse westbound. At corner Luxemburger Strasse/Genter Strasse cross the pedestrian signal and turn right, move on for ca. 150m. Turn left and enter the building "Bauwesen". Move forward to the center elevator, the second one on your way. Lift up to 4th floor and turn right when exiting. You will find the office D 423 on your right.
